Responsible/Sensible Vendor Course

This 3-hour in-person class includes all topics required by The Responsible Vendor Act (FSS 561.705), a final exam and a certification of completion.  Unlimited class size/minimum 5 people.

Background Check

60 per person. Bulk discounts available.

Our background check includes a criminal history check and a review of individual employee application with verifications and review of employee's social media.

Operations survey

100 per visit.

Our "mystery shopper" program. We covertly survey your business while it is open to the public. We then issue a comprehensive and confidential written report for the eyes of the client only.  We check EVERYTHING. Our operative will make purchases and see what you will never see as the boss. We look EVERYWHERE and check EVERYTHING out.  You get a report and learn more about your business then anything your managers can ever tell you.  You decide what to do about the information.

Physical Secuity survey

Security is a priority when you run a business, whether big or small, and can include measures such as locks and security cameras, as well as protocols for managing access to your cash & inventory and the building and monitoring activity within it. But how would you know if your physical security is effective enough? A physical security assessment will measure how well your building and its occupants are protected from potential threats.


Active Shooter Course

This 1-hour in-person class teaches you and your staff what to do during an active shooter incident at your business or in a public place. Each student receives a copy of the class syllabus and our class notes and a wallet-size card of the key points of surviving a shooting tragedy. Unlimited class size.

Human Trafficking Course

This 1-hour in-person class teaches you and your staff what you need to know about Human Trafficking (Prostitution) and complies with requirements for FL Hotel/Motel staff training (FSS 509.096) Unlimited class size.

Drug Education and Demand Reduction

150

This 1-hour in-person class teaches you what you need to know about illegal drugs and how to keep your child/loved one off illegal drugs. You will see a PowerPoint presentation of the material and be able to hold mock props of drugs and paraphernalia.  A “Hands On” learning experience. Unlimited class size.

All classes are taught in your business location You provide class seating and an area to project a PowerPoint presentation.
